As MD of ethical soft drinks brands Lemonaid & ChariTea, Julian can name the hippest third-wave coffee shop in every London borough in his sleep. Talking of which, he enjoys a power nap on our 12th floor day beds, teamed with melodic deep house tunes to keep the focus flowing. After dark, you’ll find him taking a leaf from the plant-based cuisine at Borough Market’s Mallow.

Beverly has spent a lifetime cultivating resilience; a skill she passes forward to the senior women executives and entrepreneurs she works with. Helping people to shed pressure and spark joy? If you want to say hi to Malin Rosenkvist, you’ll track her down at the coffee machine. She runs on the stuff, alongside her day job helping some of Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe’s poorest women start their own businesses. Malin works with a small team to fundraise and organise events and spends her downtime listening to anarchic podcasts (if you haven’t heard of it already, put the Bitches Brew Collective on your hit list).

Jill Green, CEO, Eleventh Hour Films
If you’ve watched New Blood, Foyle’s War or Safe House, you might already be familiar with Jill’s work – she’s an executive producer who established Eleventh Hour Films in 2010. Apart from being busy overseeing the business and working on new projects, she loves to visit Albie downstairs and is a dog lover – she says her best thinking time is on early morning dog walks!
